Nautilus will reimburse you and your guest’s first-class airfare to Maui. We suggest flying into Kahului Airport.

Once your flight is booked, please send your flight reimbursement receipts and payee name/address to Gina Butchin at gbutchin@nautilus-ins.com - 480-509-6648.

Nautilus will provide airport transportation to and from the Kahului Airport (OGG) and the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your flight information so we may secure these arrangements. A uniformed staff member will greet you, assist with your luggage, and escort you to waiting transportation.

UBER and Lyft both operate in Maui and are accessed via app on your phone.

Most major car rental companies operate in Maui. All are reached by tram located outside the terminal and directly across the street from baggage claim. Our recommendation is to avoid the off-brand companies and stay with the larger known companies. The drive to the hotel is 17 miles and approximately 24-30 minutes. Enterprise Rental Car has an office on property at the Four Seasons Resort.

The Four Seasons offers valet parking only. The cost is $40 plus tax per day.
